Dominik Trstoglavec , member of the Management Board

He was born in 1981. He graduated in 2004 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb, majoring in Energetics. He wrote his thesis titled Techno-Economic Analysis of a Potential Location for a Wind Farm was prepared at the Institute of Energy Technology (IFE), Kjeller, Norway. He completed training as an internal auditor of the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and the environmental ISO 14001. At the level of the Končar Group, from 2013 to 2015, he attended the management education programme FBA Fundamentals of Business Administration.

He started his business career in 2005 at Končar D&ST d.d as a distribution transformer designer. From 2011, he was the head of the project department of the Distribution Transformers Profit Centre. Since 2016, he has been the Technical Director and working group member of the Distribution Transformers Profit Centre. In april of 2021 he was appointed a member of the Management Board in charge of business development, product development, production development, investments and maintenance.
